Five humans who play puzzles for a living, and write about them honestly.

No bylines are pseudonyms. No posts are machine-generated. Nobody on staff has a contract with a puzzle publisher. We started this magazine because the games we play deserve real reviews.

No writer on staff holds a contract, retainer, or affiliate stake with any puzzle publisher we review. Reviews are written before we look at the company.

ii · People

Real bylines, every time.

Every byline on this site is a working writer. We don’t use generative AI to produce reviews or strategy content. Avatars are illustrative; the writing is not.

iii · Updates

Honest about changes.

When a puzzle changes meaningfully, the review gets a new pass with a dated update note. We don’t silently rewrite old reviews to chase rankings.

iv · Corrections

Public, and fast.
