Who we are

GameTipster.com is a free betting tips website. You can reach us about anything in this policy through our contact page.

What we collect

• Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, an optional first name, which tips you want and your confirmation that you are 18 or over. We use this only to send the tips email you asked for.
• Contact messages: the name, email address and message you send us, used only to reply.
• Technical data: like almost every website, our hosting and security providers process IP addresses and basic request logs to deliver pages and block abuse.

Cookies and device storage

The "Save tip" button stores the tips you save in your own browser's local storage. That list never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.

How long we keep data

Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that host the site and send emails on our behalf, and only as far as they need it to provide that service.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link. To make a request, use the contact page. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Age

GameTipster is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
